BRUSSELS, Mar 14 (PRIME) -- The E.U. is close to finishing preparation of the fourth package of sanctions against Russia, including a blacklist and sectorial sanctions, head of the diplomacy Josep Borrell said on Monday at a press conference.
He said that after approval by the E.U. countries' permanent representatives, the sanctions would be signed by the Council of Europe in accordance with the technical procedure.
According to earlier statements, the new package would suspend exports of luxury items, investment in Russian energy, and impose restrictions on the metallurgical industry.
